Lunch and Transport

The centre provides a cooked lunch on each day that it is open. This service costs just £5 and is available to anyone affected by MS. The daily meals are prepared by a team of dedicated volunteers who strive to provide tasty and nutritious meals. We try and provide a variety of meals for all tastes with vegetarians catered for as well.

The branch also owns two fully accessible mini-buses, which are primarliy used to transport service users to and form the centre. They are also used on day trips. If you live in Redbridge and you would like to make use of our free service please contact us.

Both the transport and lunch service are made possible by financial assistance from Redbridge Council.
